#chef. He is brilliant at what he does and loves to come up with unique flavour pairings in ice creams which include savoury versions such as Sambal
#icecream too.
This was his second visit to Mumbai and we asked him about him tasting the authentic Maharashtra cuisine. We recommended him the best street foods available in Mumbai ; vada pav and samosa. He was intrigued with the way Indian cusines are amalgamated with other cusines and the richness of its flavours.
We asked him the secret behind his ice - cream flavors. He revealed a bit of a secret, how he thinks out of the box and creates such scrumptious ice- creams!
